Exhibition- Dedicated to Dr. Natalia Romik- Dan David Winner-Architecture, Shtetel and hiding places

Dr. Natalia Romik is a historian, architect, and artist. She focuses on the memory of the Jewish community and the memorialization of the Holocaust in Eastern Europe, particularly in Poland and Ukraine. Romik curated exhibitions, participated in the renewal of Jewish Memory sites, and created her project Nomadic Shtetl Archive with the main goal of evoking interest in the local Jewish history among the local communities in Europe.

 

Natalia Romik won the prestigious Dan David Award in 2022.
